Project Organisation

Description of work

CINECA will be in charge of preparing, updating and managing the Consortium Agreement between the participants. The consortium agreement will contain the description of the roles and responsibilities of the PC, PCC, STP, and WLs. The consortium agreement will include all the specific provisions regarding IPR and technical knowledge management. The Consortium Agreement will be signed before the signature of the contract.

The day-to-day management of the project is performed, tracking of progress and consumed resources. This includes collection and submission of deliverables, submission of regular progress and management reports, and the organisation of project meetings and reviews. Furthermore the financial aspects like cost statements and payments will be handled. In case of deviations from the project plan the commission will be promptly notifies and corrective actions will be taken in close co-operation with the project officer and the A-WARE Project Co-ordination Committee.
